These Terms of Use (&#8220;Terms&#8221;) govern your access and use of our SaaS, Software for Water (&#8220;Service&#8221;). <strong>By using our Service, you agree to comply with these Terms.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong> To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Account Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Use of the Service <\/strong>You agree to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use the Service only for lawful purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not engage in unauthorized access, data scraping, or reverse engineering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not disrupt or interfere with the integrity or security of the Service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Subscription and Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fees are billed on a recurring basis as agreed in your subscription plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Account Restrictions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Only one subscription is allowed per water or sewer district.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accounts shall not be shared between multiple organizations, entities, cities, or districts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Data Ownership and Privacy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We may use aggregated and anonymized data for analytics and improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Service Availability and Modifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We strive to maintain Service uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are not liable for any loss resulting from Service downtime or modifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Service, including software, content, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Termination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may terminate your subscription by following the cancellation procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Indemnification<\/strong> You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Governing Law and Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Missouri, United States of America.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Franklin County, MO, USA, unless otherwise required by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Changes to These Terms<\/strong> We may update these Terms periodically.
